LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces the appointment of two senior executive consultants to advise the strategic direction of its UK-based operations.

The two advisors are automotive experts sporting a collective 80 years in the industry. Hamish McCowan, previously Aftersales Director with Kia Motors UK, has been appointed to Executive Aftersales Strategic Advisor, whilst Rob Whalley joins Marque Group as Executive Advisor Europe from his position as CEO of APD Global Research.

Mr McCowan and Mr Whalley will work with Marque’s team to analyse and develop strategic innovation, growing the organisation and its companies’ services to the local automotive industry. Both advisors will support the growing suite of products and solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sector across the United Kingdom and Europe.

With over 40 years’ experience working across the in the automotive, data and research industries, Mr Whalley has most recently directed high quality, market-leading research programs, spearheading and managing the international growth of a number of organisations based in the UK.

With over 40 years of industry experience, 23 years of which was at automotive manufacturer level, Mr McCowan has a proven track record of delivering growth and strategic development, driving revenues at both manufacturer and dealer network levels. He has also specialised in determining market relevance, innovation and product evolution.
