HAMILTON, NEW ZEALAND 21 January 2020 — In partnership with Waikato-based loyalty innovator, Smart Loyalty, Suzuki is offering double points to its mechanical trade customers, to boost the sales of genuine Suzuki parts.

Launched 1st January 2020, standard GetGenuine reward points for eligible mechanical trade customers have increased from 1.5 points per dollar spent, to 3 points per dollar – offering further value and opportunities for Suzuki trade customers to be rewarded for their business spend. All mechanical trade customers connected to a participating GetGenuine Suzuki NZ dealer will be eligible for the increased points offering, provided standard programme conditions are met.

“Suzuki NZ pricing on service parts is extremely competitive,” said Marty Billing, Assistant Manager, Parts & Accessories at Suzuki NZ.

“Offering a higher reward to mechanical trade customers is an added benefit to the great value product that is Suzuki genuine parts.”

Stacey Kearins, GetGenuine Group Account Manager, points out the key benefits of purchasing genuine parts and is enthusiastic about Suzuki’s offer to the local automotive industry.

“Genuine parts fit first time and are supported by the manufacturer, which gives peace of mind to both repairer and customer,” she said.

“We’re excited to work with Suzuki NZ and their dealer network to help our mechanical members maximise their points earning potential.”

The GetGenuine programme is supported by Smart Loyalty’s unique approach to rewards. Members of the programme earn points for sales activity, and although they can choose to spend these points in a curated online rewards shop of over 4,000 products, they can also request any reward they want. In the past, redemptions have included spa pools, cars, engagement rings, travel and even maths lessons.
