SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Sydney-based automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces its purchase of New Zealand lead management company, AutoPlay, expanding its strategic footprint.
AutoPlay joins Marque Group’s other entities – Aura, Smart Loyalty, THREE60 CRM and Vital Software – in the growing suite of data chain solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sectors across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and continental Europe. Its offerings now range from trade loyalty, customer experience, service retention, customer relationship management, data and analytics.
AutoPlay provides a sophisticated suite of lead management tools which were built to support sales people and real-life workflow in dealership environments. Streamlining lead generation, in-market leads and post-sales follow-up, AutoPlay is unique in that it creates a single view of all leads, minimising leakage and inconsistency in following through sales opportunities – but also providing solutions and insights to dealership groups and vehicle manufacturers alike. Headquartered in New Zealand and with offices in Melbourne, the company boasts coverage of over 80% of New Zealand franchised dealers, and following its recent local launch, soon to be many more across the Australian market.
“Over the past five years, AutoPlay’s Sales Pipeline solution has become the source of truth for a majority of the NZ franchise market, as we work to support salespeople with tools that are easy, save them time and help them sell more cars,” said Craig Brown, Founder of AutoPlay. “We are excited to be part of the Marque Group and to be working with its other companies to build on this success and boost our operations across Australia.”
Marque Group’s acquisition of AutoPlay demonstrates the Group’s commitment to constructing a suite of innovative and complementary products and services. Through this strategy, Marque will garner an even deeper knowledge of customers’ business requirements, which will ensure a superior, seamless customer experience.
CEO of Marque Group, Gary Martin, said:
“The addition of AutoPlay to our family of companies strengthens our offering to the global automotive sector. AutoPlay’s innovative solutions to everyday issues have become a backbone tool of most franchised dealerships across New Zealand, and we look forward to helping them grow and expand their global operations.”
In Australia and New Zealand, AutoPlay will work alongside Marque Group companies Smart Loyalty and Vital Software. Leading B2B loyalty company Smart Loyalty runs the coalition trade rewards program GetGenuine and dealer channel incentive platform I:nfluence. Vital Software, is a provider of data-driven solutions for the automotive industry across CRM, lead distribution, CSI management, service and parts performance reporting. AutoPlay will also have the opportunity to work with Marque Group’s UK-based entities: customer experience platform Aura, and aftersales CRM platform THREE60 CRM.
