SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA  — Sydney-based automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces its purchase of New Zealand lead management company, AutoPlay, expanding its strategic footprint.

AutoPlay joins Marque Group’s other entities – Aura, Smart Loyalty, THREE60 CRM and Vital Software – in the growing suite of data chain solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sectors across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and continental Europe. Its offerings now range from trade loyalty, customer experience, service retention, customer relationship management, data and analytics.

AutoPlay provides a sophisticated suite of lead management tools which were built to support sales people and real-life workflow in dealership environments. Streamlining lead generation, in-market leads and post-sales follow-up, AutoPlay is unique in that it creates a single view of all leads, minimising leakage and inconsistency in following through sales opportunities – but also providing solutions and insights to dealership groups and vehicle manufacturers alike. Headquartered in New Zealand and with offices in Melbourne, the company boasts coverage of over 80% of New Zealand franchised dealers, and following its recent local launch, soon to be many more across the Australian market.
