LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — International automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces its purchase of Aura Corporation, as part of its strategic growth in the region.

Aura Corporation joins Marque Group’s other entities – Vital Software UK and THREE60 CRM (previously MDF Database Solutions) – in the growing suite of data chain solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sectors in the UK. Its other companies include Vital Software Australia, as well as trade loyalty platform Smart Loyalty, based in both Australia and New Zealand.

Aura Corporation provides specialised customer experience solutions and insights to vehicle manufacturers, public sector operators and financial institutions. Headquartered in Buckinghamshire and with offices in Germany, the company conducts over 5 million customer surveys per year, and has been recognised with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade (Export). The business provides research, insight analysis, customer experience software platforms, qualitative data management and BI reporting, allowing their clients to increase customer loyalty and make sound, data-backed business decisions.

From database cleansing and data migration, process auditing and a strategic approach to CRM, the company provides a suite of tools to ensure data quality is upheld. The third UK-based entity, Vital Software, is based in both Kent as well as Melbourne, Australia. Vital Software provides data-driven solutions for the automotive industry across CRM, lead distribution, CSI management, service and parts performance reporting. Its solutions are utilised by both manufacturers and their dealer networks.
