MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — Global automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces the appointment of Adam Keller to lead the technical direction of one of its Australian-based businesses, Vital Software.
Vital Software is an automotive industry supplier across CRM, lead distribution, CSI management, service and parts performance reporting, providing solutions to the Australian automotive industry since 2002. Working to bridge the gap between OEMs, Dealer Groups and Dealerships through innovative, data-driven solutions, Vital Software is based in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Previously General Motors IT Portfolio Planning Manager, Mr Keller joins Marque Group to lead the technical teams at its Melbourne-based location. Supporting the growing suite of products and solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sector across Australia, he will work with Marque Group’s leadership team to analyse and develop fresh ideas through innovation, growing the business and its offerings to the local automotive industry.
“I am excited to take a lead role in a company like Vital Software that has such strong potential in the wider auto sector to benefit OEMs and dealers across Australia and NZ,” said Mr Keller.
“I look forward to utilising the breadth of my regional experience working at the manufacturer level to collectively expand the operations and innovation strategies of both Vital Software and Marque Group Australia.”
Bringing over 10 years’ corporate experience in working with OEM leadership and remote IT project teams, Mr Keller will assist in advancing the change agenda of the organisation, leading collaboration across the wider business to quickly reach effective resolutions for end customers. Specifically, he will focus on better serving and pre-empting customers’ needs through both the maintenance and future development of Vital Software’s solutions.
